My Tahoe Z71 with 41,800 miles had the fuel pump control module malfunction and the service advisor (Cynthia) expedited the replacement smoothly and quickly. During a short visit with another service advisor [Royal] we were able to update and address over 16 recalls for the 2021 Tahoe. Both service advisors were accommodating. While the fuel pump control module was being replaced - I presented a coupon for 8qt synthetic oil, oil filter, and tire rotation. During overall inspection the service technian noticed a frayed serpentine which was replaced. Mr. Robert Watson approached me with a possible trade for a NEW 2025 Tahoe RST and the dealership quickly provided a fair-trade value, but I declined and will await the 2026 models arriving in the AUTUMN. I was glad Chevrolet North locks all completed serviced vehicles and provides cameras and no access with locked gates in the evenings.

Everything was great , accept when I got my vehicle back for some reason none of my sensors to my tires work none of them read the air to my tires anymore I didn’t notice it until I got home when I tried to check the readings of the air ..but . the gentleman that helped me in the morning when I dropped off my car was very nice and the lady who cashed me out when I picked up my car were very nice as well !

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Chevy and their service department. My vehicle has been at the dealership since April 3rd, and to this day, there has been no diagnosis, not even a clear update or timeline. This delay is completely unacceptable. Because my car is still not fixed, I’ve had to rent a vehicle from a family member and I’m paying insurance on both vehicles, the one I’m driving and the one sitting unfixed at Chevy. To make matters worse, Chevy has not provided a rental vehicle despite the situation being caused by their inability to identify or fix the problem. This financial burden has had a severe impact on my life. I am now being forced to move out of my apartment because I can no longer afford the added expenses. All of this stress and hardship is directly tied to Chevy’s failure to provide timely and effective service. I expected much better from a company with such a large presence and reputation. I would not recommend this service department to anyone and my confidence in Chevy as a brand has been seriously shaken.

When my boyfriend walked in for the service appointment the manager walked in right behind him. He walked up to his desk to check in and the manager proceeded to say he was on a call, then picked up the phone and dialed out. Luckily another gentleman offered to check him in for the service, Cynthia was not there at that time. As for the pick up of the vehicle we arrived 5 minutes before closing and had a few questions but Cynthia was just trying to get him out of the door and mentioned nothing of a survey.

Was called to inform me that the part had been received. Made an appointment for 11:00 to have the defective fuel door replaced. Arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Over an hour later the vehicle was taken in to service and then informed that the part ordered was not the correct one. Was told that it would be another 3-4 hours before it could be replaced. Declined to stay for all those hours. Set an appointment for 3 July to install the correct part. A wasted day.

Bought a 2022 Silver Silverado 1500 truck with only 33,000 miles before the radiator went out when I took it to the shop I was told that Chevy would not honor my 5- year 60 thousand miles warranty because It was still in the previous owners name. I believe GM should be ashamed of your company to do such a thing. I was also told that the radiators were on back order and the dealership wasn't sure when they would get one in but it took me only two days to find one and have it installed at another local shop. This was my first time ever buying a Chevy and last. I can't trust the service, or management to make good decision to keep customers. Any Manager worth his/her salt would have tried to make it right instead of the poor service guy having to lie to me about not being able to take care of me.

I was stranded at Gulfwater RV Resort in Port Aransas TX, with my 38 foot 5th Wheel Trailer and a 2022 Silverado 2500 LTZ with major electrical problems. I had just taken it to Capitol Chevrolet in Austin (a 20+ year customer!!) for the same issues. They simply reset my computer and told me everything was okay!! After driving 230 miles pulling my 5th Wheel and parking at resort, I once again was smelling a strong sulfur oder. The next day my pickup would not start, the dashboard lite up and the few times it tried to start the strong smell of sulfur filled the cab!! I contacted Capitol Chevrolet service department to only be told to contact Chev 24 hour roadside assistance and then go to the nearest dealership for service. The first two Chevrolet dealerships I contacted could not service my pickup for 5-10 days. I called Capitol Chevrolet back hoping they could assist me, but was told that to call other dealerships …. Thanks for the help!! After calling several other dealerships, the Auto Nation in Corpus Christi TX called me back with 7am appointment. The Service Manager and Tech explained that I was minutes away from my battery catching fire. The first sign was the smell of sulfur filled?! Auto Nation’s Service Department replaced the battery , 1 or 2 a fuses, then ran other diagnostic tests. I’m back home and have had no other problems …. I will be changing my Service Department needs to Chuck Nash in San Marcos TX …. Too far to Corpus!

Chris was great working with us, and the warranty company to get us our car back in a reasonable time frame. Only this that drives me crazy about Autonation is the text message system that seems to be the preferred method of communication. The delay of upto 24 hours in communication is vert frustrating.

Nearly 4 hours of waiting for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I showed up early for a 11 am appointment and didn’t leave till well after 330 pm. If a quick lube place can change oil in 15 to 20 minutes what takes you guys so long to change oil? Do you guys change it one drop at a time? When I asked why the delay I was told that I have to understand that people were there before me. So I asked why take appointments if it is first come first served. You guys need to change your website and your signage to say that you all work on a first come first served basis. I would have shown up at opening time if I had known that.
