BJ the service manager is absolutely the best ever I have ever dealt with at AutoNation. Since dealing with BJ I have stayed with AutoNation North only buying my cars there because of her professionalism and excellent customer service. I trust her opinion on every aspect of my business and I know that she will always be honest with me about what needs to be done with my car.
