Service advisor told us to take our truck at 7 am to have it fixed, said it would be quick, ended up taking the whole day. Communication was poor do to his phone not accepting calls. He then gave me his cell number which I called and he did not answer. Getting updates on our vehicle was nearly nonexistent. Overall not a good experience!
